About This Product
This original T-shirt by HASEGAWA SHIZEN KOUBOU features Awaji Island and the surrounding roads and roadside stations in a single map design.
Awaji Island lies between Honshu and Shikoku, connected to the north by the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and to the south by the Onaruto Bridge.
Rather than showing Awaji Island alone, this design also illustrates how the road network continues from the Kobe side, across Awaji Island, and onward toward Shikoku.
The map includes the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway, National Route 28, major ICs, JCTs, SAs, PAs, roadside stations, and major cities.
It was created for people who have driven across Awaji Island, traveled there before, enjoy road trips and maps, or are planning to visit the island in the future.
The shirt itself is the Gildan 64000 Softstyle T-Shirt.
It has a soft feel and a lightweight construction that makes it easy to wear as an everyday T-shirt.

About the Design
This design places Awaji Island at the center of the map while also showing the Kobe area on the Honshu side and the Naruto area on the Shikoku side.
The Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway, which runs north to south through the island, and National Route 28, which follows the eastern side of Awaji Island, are clearly represented so that the relationship between the roads can be easily seen.
Major ICs, JCTs, SAs, and PAs are also shown along the expressway.
The map also includes four roadside stations on Awaji Island, allowing you to enjoy seeing how they relate to the island's road network.
Tourist attraction names were included during the early design stage, but they were removed from the final version because too much information made the map feel visually crowded for everyday wear.
By limiting the information to roads, bridges, roadside stations, and city names, the design aims to balance map readability with a clean appearance that is easy to wear as casual clothing.
The Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Onaruto Bridge also help show how Honshu, Awaji Island, and Shikoku are connected.
The words “AWAJI ISLAND MAP” are placed above the map design on the chest.

Width: Measured across the shirt from side to side near the underarm area while laid flat.
Length: Measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Sleeve Length: Based on the manufacturer's listed sleeve measurement.
